I bought a couple of movies today at Walmart.

"Pain & Gain"... Not really my type of movie but I like

Mark and Dwayne and it was paired with...

..."The Italian Job" so I thought that I would give it a go.

I LOVE Jason Statham. I like Edward Norton and

again... Mark. Charlize Theron never lets me down as I have

written before so this one I want to see. Both TIJ and P&G

on two DVDs for only $3.74. P&G was in the $5.00

bin for that movie alone.

"Overlord"... Until recently they were charging a bit of money for

this J.J. Abrams movie. I was curious, but not THAT curious.

Today it was in the $5.00 bin. So now it is in my library.

This REALLY falls under the "Please excuse my

grammar" thing. So, please excuse my grammar.

Here is another photo from our fantastic evening

with the Zoppé Italian Family Circus last September.

 

This guy hung by his hair and swung and twirled all

OVER the place. Over the crowd, literally! And up to the

top of the tent. He was great. Unfortunately I cannot find

a single bit of information about him. So for now, he

will go unnamed. After Nino the Clown, he was my

favorite performer of the night, When you looked

at this guy, you were looking at CIRCUS.

 I was going through my files today and I ran across this.

It is a leftover discount coupon for the Great Western Gun Show

that was held about every six moths or so at the Los Angeles

County Fairgrounds in Pomona. This was a GREAT show. I used to

have a lot of fun there and I picked up some great stuff at great prices.

This coupon is from 1984.

 

In 1999 Great Western was forced to pack

up it's bags and move to Las Vegas.

My Terminator Blu-ray collection is COMPLETE!

What a day!

What a beautiful day!

My mom made her World Famous Avocado Dip

for our movie night at Borden CINEMA. I took a

seed from one of the avocados she used and put it in

some water. I have never tried to grow an avocado

plant before and after today I will be lying if I ever say

that again. If it actually starts growing I will post

some pictures.
