Gilligan: "Gee Skipper, how's I supposed to know it's New Year's Eve?
The Professor has the freakin radio! And do you see the freakin Professor?"

The Skipper: "I don't like your tone, little buddy."

(Fine Art brought to you by Golf  N' Stuff in Ventura California.)
I think that this "old school" liquor store sign in the
San Diego North County area is cool.
I bet it's 50 years old.

You calls "shotgun" and you takes yer chances.
(This is the head I bought at the Spirit Halloween Store in 2010.
We were on our way home and the dude starts whining. Very unnerving.)

In other (you love me) news, we are finally (you love me) receiving the rain that (you love me) we have so desperately needed here in (you love me) the Southern California area. This (you love me) is our muddy driveway. Boring photo I know, BUT, (you love me) you love me.

I totally agree with the sentiment. But check this out. I ask you... Would that not make one bad ass tattoo?

Yes, Lizzy. That would NOT make one bad ass tattoo. But on the
outside chance he likes it, remember, it was MY idea,

And by the looks of their vehicle, they are either Ghostbusters or Doc Brown is effing with their truck. Either way, cool.

I took this picture a long time ago with a Sony Mavica and I'm not sure what these bugs were doing, but when it was over one of them was smoking a cigarette.

One day not too long ago my mom was working in the garden and came across this baby rattlesnake. You can't let these guys just wander around so she got him into this bucket. How she did that, I don't know. I took a few pictures of it as we pondered just how to "dispatch" him. Usually we will get one of the guys to do it, but they weren't around. I could shoot him, but I just wasn't for one reason or another prepared for it on that day. We ended up doing what you are not supposed to do with a rattlesnake. We took him further on down into the acreage and let him go. Now he will grow big and fat and come back to bite one of us. Great.

I do love scary movies, and I love the "slasher ". My favorite all time "slasher" is Jason Voorhees from the Friday the 13th Series. Jason will probably make more than one or two appearances in my blog (One of the many reasons you will come to absolutely adore me). And here is one of my favorite Jason figures. And I know what you are thinking: He looks like he is saying, "Merry Christmas, future dead person."
And dang-nabbit, you'd be right.

This photo shows a "rock arch" at a miniature golf course near Temecula in California. My son and I went there to play 18 holes one hot September afternoon. The temperature was over 100 degrees so we had the entire course to ourselves. You are actually able to see this arch from Interstate 15, so keep your eyes peeled he next time you are in the area. It'll be something you can tell your grandkids about.

I'm going to start my blog with a photograph of a few of my all time favorite things. My .45 Long Colt Ruger Vaquero single action pistols along with a Resistol hat, a few sheriff badges and a beautiful floral hand carved Red River gun belt and holsters. I'm all about the cowboys and firearms, and hats, and etc etc etc....
