I was out on our road today and took this picture. The purple flowers in the foreground are called echium candicans or echium fastuosum, or as us ama-cheers call 'em, Pride of Madeira.

Anyway... It's a beautiful day out, so I think I will celebrate it by going inside and doing housework.
