I betting this doesn't bug others like it bugs me, but here is yet

another person illegally parked in the Handicapped Zone. But this

person is only pulled halfway in and they left their door open. I'm

thinking that in their mind that translates to, "I'm only halfway

breaking the law and for a very short time."

BAM! Two hundred and fifty very short dollars!

Hey, I don't have any dogs in this fight (as they say), I just don't

like it when people do this. It is pure lazy and it is possibly at the

expense of people who for real have a difficult time getting around.
