This is a Fox 40 Micro Safety Whistle. They are very

inexpensive and take up just about no room on your

keychain. If the worst happens and you ever need to

be found, an emergency whistle will save your voice

and the whistle's sound will travel further.

"Three loud, short blasts on your whistle, each lasting
approximately three seconds. While you're blowing, count to
three in your head during each blast so it lasts
approximately three seconds."
